  • Assistance with lead generation and marketing activities to create new business.
  • Online access to marketing campaigns, logos, graphics, and marketing guides.

Incentives: As per running reseller schemes.

GOLD

Description: This program is ideally suited for solution providers and system builders, who provide IT and security software, hardware and services to small and medium sized businesses, enterprises, education and government sectors. It also suites Regional / State distributors of IT hardware and Software products. Gold partners have marketing and financial goals, which we work towards together.

Margin: The most aggressive margins in the industry. Together with the Volume Incentive Rebate program, this enables us to reward top performing partners.

Marketing Support:

  • MDF.
  • Assistance with lead generation and marketing activities to create new business.
  • Online access to marketing campaigns, logos, graphics, and marketing guides.
  • Partner supported PR and Communication campaigns and events with pre-approval from ESS.

Incentives: Volume Incentive Rebate (VIR) program and as per running Partner schemes.

 

 

Technical Support Support tickets though partner portal followed by email or Telephone support. 10am-6pm (Mon-Fri) except on National Holidays.

Products ESET's full line of desktop, server and mail protection. Includes antivirus, spyware, adware, and phishing.

Recurring Revenue Recurring revenue every year when your clients renew their ESET subscription.

 

Platinum Status is offered by invitation after a GOLD partner performs well, meets quarterly targets in all 4 quarters and takes regular initiative to increase ESET awareness and sales in his region.
