Co-operation with ESS 
In India, sales of ESET software products to end customers are executed through the Partner Channel which is represented by the chain: Distributor –Partners (Platinum, Gold or Silver) – End Customer.

Distributor is the company which has the Partner Network and doesn’t transact directly with End Customers. Main tasks of the Distributor are: ESET products promotion through the Partner Network, sales incentives to Partners and Channel Partner’s orders execution.
There are 3 types of Channel partner Status which can be given to any Reseller company which is transacting with End Customers: ESET Platinum Partner, ESET Gold Partner and ESET Silver Partner.
Today ESET software products are supplied in Indian market by ESET’s Exclusive National Distributor “ESS Software Distribution & Consulting Private Limited”.
