    Description:

    Role: Managers for Antivirus Software Sales to Corporates, SMBs and Channel Partner Management
    Experience: 4-8 years in Software/Antivirus products/ IT security products
    Qualification: MBA with BCA/MCA/B.tech/M.tech background would be preferred
    Job Location: BSEL TECH PARK, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
    Work Days: Monday to Friday (9.45am to 7.00pm). Saturdays as per requirement.


    Responsibilities:

    Target: Create and Manage channel for ESET Antivirus software sales to Corporate, SMBs and Enterprise segments.
    Action: Study software security products and related market, sales planning, manage current partners and recruit new, create and manage the leads, educate and qualify current as well as New Partners in ESET licensing policy and sales rules, manage partner accounts;
    Action Control: Execution of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan;
    Reporting: MD

    Skills:

    Good command over English (verbal/written);
    Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
    Experience in Channel Partner Management, Corporate / Institutional sales;
    Knowledge of IT security products/ Resellers/ Distributors in the market;

    Remuneration:

    Fixed salary (negotiable) + sales incentives + mobile allowance

    Sales Engineer


    Job Description

    Summary


    The Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the sales staff in presenting technical presentations of our products as well as assisting on installations of our products in both a pre and post sales support role. Pre-sales activities involve technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations and assisting customers and resellers with product evaluations, training of ESET partners, system integrators and resellers. This individual will work closely on corporate leads as well as supporting our reseller partners in India. This position works closely with Channel Sales Managers to develop business opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction. Position interacts with Technical Support and Channel Sales Managers. The successful Sales Engineer will be a team oriented individual with the ability to balance both the sales goals and technical responsibilities of the role. We are looking for candidates with a passion for learning new technologies and a desire to provide best in class technical sales support to support our clients and close business.



    Responsibilities


    Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and partners, Consult with external customers to interpret customer requirements while providing product application assistance, Provide product demonstrations both in person and via Web to potential clients, Assist sales force and partners in closing business through on-site visits, Provide technical training for channel partners and corporate customers, Participate in trade shows, seminars and other industry events, Provide feedback to product development regarding product changes as it relates to customer requirements, Champion the ESET product line through product presentations and technical demonstrations at customer and partner sites, Other duties as assigned


    Qualifications

    • Three to Six years experience as Sales Engineer in computer software/Antivirus industry
    • Experience with antivirus and firewall is desired
    • Excellent presentation, communication, problem solving and customer service skills
    • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering with MBA or equivalent degree
    • Detailed experience with Microsoft Windows client and server OS (2003, 2008,SBS), Solaris, Linux, and Novell systems and advanced computer networking environments
    • Ability to comprehend and convey complex systems and issues in an effective manner, both written and verbally
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Training Experience is highly desired
    • Travel Requirements: More than 50%
    • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
    • Excellent command of English

    Technical Support Engineer    

    Job Description

    Summary


    The technical support engineer provides technical product support to new and existing customers and resellers of ESET security software. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting, resolving and documenting support cases, producing reports, assisting with testing and training the partner's support team. 

    Essential Functions

    • Fields email and phone requests for technical product support from customer/users and resellers of ESET security software
    • Provides support to sales force and sales engineers
    • Assists with product testing and troubleshooting issues
    • Contributes to knowledge base and technical product documentation
    • Performs training of users, customers, and resellers
    • Meets and exceeds customer satisfaction targets
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Three to Six years of technical support experience in computer software/Antivirus industry
    • Expert knowledge of MS Windows client and server OS (2003, 2008, SBS)
    • Essential skills/knowledge: Linux and Linux mail servers, MS Exchange, Novell Netware, Lotus Domino
    • Knowledge of networking applications and standards
    • Experience with antivirus and firewall is desired
    • Excellent presentation, communication, problem solving and customer service skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
    • Excellent command of English
    • Flexibility to participate in a 24x7 support environment
